Return & Refund Policy


Return and refund of saleable merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking and repacking fee. A return authorisation is required from One Stop Dive.



Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced by One Stop Dive at its discretion. Warranty periods and limitations are dependent on the brand owner’s different requirements. Labour and shipping charges are not covered in warranty
claims and are the responsibility of the claimant. Items are not to be replaced to the end user without the approval of One Stop Dive. Copies of original invoice are required to be able to process any claim.
